Tickets are not earned with the I-Bonds bucket.

Additionally, funds held in the I-Bonds bucket do not contribute towards your ticket earning balance. For example, if you deposit $10,000 into the I-Bonds bucket, you will still earn a ticket for every additional $25 deposited into your core account up to $10,000.
