We can accept these types of payments as a direct deposit:

  • Paychecks from employers or payroll providers

  • Social security income

  • Government salary and other government payments (such as annuities)

  • Retirement payments

  • Unemployment payments

Please note:

  • ACH transfers from a personal bank account to your Yotta account cannot be accepted for direct deposit.

  • If you're self-employed, then payments must come from a business account to be accepted for direct deposit.

After receiving a deposit, if you believe it is not reflected on your account for the direct deposit bonus tickets, please reach out to us and provide the following info:

  • The dollar amount of the deposit

  • The date the deposit was received

  • The name of the company that sent the payment
