To create a new savings bucket, tap the Money Tab on the bottom, then scroll down to the Buckets section. Tap the "+" button to add a new bucket.

You can manage your buckets by tapping on the Tools button in this section.

Creating a new bucket allows you to choose from a variety of common, preset ideas, as well as the option to customize your bucket and icon to whatever you'd like.
