Set up direct deposit with the mobile app
Follow the steps to set up direct deposit:
Tap "Account" (the icon furthest to the right).
Tap "Transfers".
Tap "Direct Deposit".
Search for and select your payroll provider and enter your login credentials (email address and password).
The next screen will prompt you to confirm deposit updates. To deposit 100% of your pay, tap "Confirm". To change the amount, tap "Change amount".
If you selected "Change amount", the next screen will ask if you'd like to deposit the entire balance or a specific amount. Select "Specific Amount".
Enter the specific dollar amount you would like deposited into your Yotta account and tap "Continue".
Tap "Confirm to confirm the deposit updates.
The next screen will confirm that your deposit settings were successfully updated. Tap the "Finish" button.
To cancel any direct deposits created in the Yotta app, log into your payroll provider and cancel it on their end.
Provide your account and routing numbers to your employer or use a Direct Deposit Authorization Form
To access your account and routing numbers, follow these steps with the mobile app:
Tap the Account at the bottom (furthest to the right).
Tap "Transfers".
Tap "Direct Deposit".
Scroll up and you'll find your account and routing numbers, as well as our partner bank's information.
Once you have this information, you can send this to your payroll provider or log into your payroll provider's online dashboard where you typically manage your direct deposits and enter in this information.
If you need a Direct Deposit Authorization Form - you can find a button called "Get Direct Deposit Authorization Form" right above your account and routing numbers in the Direct Deposit tab. A form will be automatically generated and emailed to you upon clicking.
Please note that a Direct Deposit Authorization form can serve in place of a voided check.
